1 box · 20 mg per pen
A fixed-ratio blend of CJC-1295 (modified GRF 1–29, without DAC) and Ipamorelin, each assayed separately on the Certificate of Analysis. The two act on distinct receptors — GHRH-R and GHS-R1a — and are frequently co-applied in pituitary cell models to study synergistic secretagogue signalling.
- CJC-1295 (no DAC) — 10 mg
- Ipamorelin — 10 mg
Each component is assayed separately on the Certificate of Analysis.
The blend combines two complementary growth hormone secretagogues acting through distinct receptor pathways on pituitary somatotroph cells. CJC-1295 (Modified GRF 1-29, without DAC) activates the GHRH receptor through Gs protein and cAMP signalling, driving growth hormone release while preserving a pulsatile secretion pattern — its short half-life (minutes) prevents tonic elevation. Ipamorelin activates GHS-R1a (the ghrelin receptor) through G-protein-mediated phospholipase C and intracellular calcium pathways. The two receptor systems converge on somatotroph cells and produce documented synergistic GH release in combination, greater than either compound individually. Ipamorelin contributes a selective profile: published research established that it produces substantial GH release without significant ACTH or cortisol elevation, unlike earlier-generation ghrelin agonists. Each component is assayed and certified independently on the Certificate of Analysis.
A well-characterised pairing within the growth hormone secretagogue research literature. Synergistic GH release: established in pituitary cell models and animal studies; the dual-pathway design is the most commonly studied combination in the GH secretagogue class. GHRH receptor pharmacology: CJC-1295 No DAC characterised for receptor binding, DPP-4 resistance, stability and pulsatility versus native GHRH and the long-acting DAC-modified variant. Ipamorelin selectivity literature: 1998 study established the selective GH-release profile relative to GHRP-2 and GHRP-6, making Ipamorelin a reference compound for ghrelin receptor selectivity research. Combination pharmacology: the dual-pathway approach has broader replication than standalone secretagogue combination studies. Note: both compounds are listed by anti-doping authorities. The individual compound literatures are stronger than direct evidence for this specific blend.
- 5 mg per application (2.5 mg CJC-1295 + 2.5 mg Ipamorelin per dose)
- 4 doses per pen (20 mg total)
- Dual-pathway secretagogue blend: GHRH-R + GHS-R1a co-stimulation
- Each component independently assayed on the Certificate of Analysis
Storage: Store refrigerated at 2–8 °C in the original sealed box. Do not freeze. Protect from light.
- For in-vitro laboratory and preclinical research only — not for human or animal administration
- Both components are listed by WADA — detection methods are established for each
- Synergistic GH release: GHRH-R and GHS-R1a are distinct receptor pathways that converge on pituitary somatotrophs — studies isolating one pathway require a single-agent design
- Ipamorelin selectivity: low cortisol and prolactin elevation is the distinguishing profile vs. earlier-generation GHRP compounds — verify this characteristic is preserved in the cell lines used
- Combined secretagogue literature: headache — consistent with GHRH receptor agonism (CJC-1295 component)
- Transient water retention
- Injection site reactions
- Ipamorelin selectivity profile (established 1998 study): significantly lower cortisol and prolactin elevation compared with GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 at equivalent GH-releasing doses
- Flushing: possible from GHRH component; less prominent than with GHRP-6
Effects listed are observations from published research literature and are not predictions for any specific use. All FAB Research products are for in-vitro laboratory research — not for human or animal administration.
