Frequently asked questions
Answers about research use, product formats, testing, storage, ordering and delivery.
Research use & compliance
Who we supply and on what terms.
No. All compounds are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, consumption or administration in any form and have not been evaluated by the FDA.
Researchers aged 21 or over who purchase for laboratory research. Every order requires confirmation of research use, age and acceptance of our Research Use Only Policy and Terms of Sale.
No. We do not provide dosing, administration or protocol guidance of any kind. Product descriptions reference published laboratory literature for context only.
Regulations differ by jurisdiction. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring a compound may be imported and used for research where they are located before placing an order.
Products & formats
What arrives in the box.
As pre-formulated sterile solutions in sealed, pre-filled research pens. There is no powder to weigh and no reconstitution step.
The compound name and content, lot number, retest date, storage instructions and the mandatory "For research use only — not for human consumption" statement. Boxes carry tamper-evident seals.
A single peptide pen contains one compound. A blend contains two or more compounds in one pen — for example BPC-157 + TB-500, CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin or Glow (GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500). The composition of every blend is listed on its product page.
Each compound is offered as 1 box, 3 boxes or 10 boxes. Larger packs carry a lower price per box; the exact price is shown on the product page before you add it to your cart.
Bundles are curated sets of individual products for a research area. Each item is a standard single pack with its own lot number and certificate, and you can adjust quantities in the cart.
Quality & testing
How every lot is verified and documented.
Each lot is analysed by an independent ISO 17025 laboratory: RP-HPLC for purity, LC-MS for identity and LAL testing for endotoxin. Net peptide content is also reported.
On every product page under the "Batch documentation" tab, and in the Lot Release Log on our Quality & Testing page. The lot number on your box matches the published document.
It is the share of the main peak in the HPLC chromatogram. It shows how free the sample is of related impurities, but it does not by itself confirm identity — which is why every lot is also checked by LC-MS.
The actual mass of peptide excluding counter-ions (for example acetate or TFA) and residual water. It is stated on the certificate alongside purity.
Every synthesis run is a separate batch, so purity and content vary within specification. That is why each lot has its own certificate rather than a generic one.
Storage & handling
Keeping material within specification.
Refrigerated at 2–8 °C, upright in the original sealed box and protected from light. Do not freeze.
Until the retest date printed on the box — typically 24–36 months from manufacture when stored correctly.
Pens travel in insulated cold-chain packaging with gel packs. If the packaging is damaged or the cold-chain appears compromised, contact us within 48 hours with photos and the lot number and we will replace the affected items.
Handle only in a laboratory setting with gloves and eye protection, keep pens sealed until use and refer to the safety data sheet supplied in the box.
