These Terms of Sale govern all purchases from FAB Research. By placing an order you accept these Terms and our Research Use Only Policy in full.

2. Research Use Only
All products are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified researchers. Products are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, or any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for lawful handling and use.
3. Eligibility
Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age and represent a laboratory, institution or organisation with appropriate expertise and facilities. We may request verification and reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes and duties. Payment is due at the time of order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Orders are dispatched in cold-chain packaging. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. The purchaser is responsible for import compliance in their jurisdiction.
6. Returns, Refunds & Quality Guarantee
Research materials cannot be returned once dispatched, but every order is covered by the FAB Quality Guarantee: damaged, incorrect or temperature-compromised deliveries reported within 48 hours are replaced free of charge; if an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory finds within 30 days of delivery that a lot does not meet its published Certificate of Analysis, you can choose a replacement or a full refund of the affected items; and any order can be cancelled for a full refund before it is dispatched. 7. Limitation of Liability
FAB Research shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling or use of its products. Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected products.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of FAB Research's registered office, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
