Returns & replacements
Research materials cannot be restocked once they leave our controlled environment, so we cannot accept returns after dispatch. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or with a compromised cold-chain, we will replace it. Orders are also covered by our Quality Guarantee — including a replacement or full refund if a lot does not meet its Certificate of Analysis.
