Glow Blend is a three-component research peptide formulation combining GHK-Cu (50mg), BPC-157 (10mg) and TB-500 (10mg). It brings together three compounds with distinct scientific backgrounds involving extracellular matrix regulation, cellular migration, connective tissue biology and peptide-mediated signalling. What distinguishes Glow Blend is the inclusion of GHK-Cu, a peptide investigated extensively in laboratory studies of skin physiology, collagen-associated processes and extracellular matrix organisation. Although the individual compounds have published research histories, their combined effects within the formulation have not been established through controlled human clinical studies. Each component is assayed separately on the Certificate of Analysis. FAB Research supplies Glow Blend in a 70mg pre-filled metered research pen with a characteristic blue tint from the copper complex.
- GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide) — 50 mg
- BPC-157 — 10 mg
- TB-500 — 10 mg
Each component is assayed separately on the Certificate of Analysis.
The formulation combines three mechanistically distinct peptides. GHK-Cu contributes copper-dependent enzyme processes, matrix metalloproteinase regulation, collagen and elastin-associated synthesis pathways, and fibroblast and keratinocyte activity. BPC-157 is associated with VEGFR2 and nitric oxide pathways linked to angiogenesis, fibroblast migration and connective tissue biology. TB-500 acts via G-actin monomer sequestration, regulating cytoskeletal reorganisation and cell motility. The proposed rationale is that GHK-Cu addresses extracellular matrix remodelling while BPC-157 and TB-500 act on vascular supply and cellular migration respectively — though the formulation as a whole has not been directly investigated.
Each constituent has its own research background, but the combined Glow Blend formulation has not been validated in controlled human studies. GHK-Cu has a multi-decade research history including a 1988 FEBS Letters study on fibroblast collagen synthesis and small human cosmetic studies on topical preparations. BPC-157's preclinical literature spans gastrointestinal, tendon and vascular models. TB-500 has preclinical cardiac, corneal and dermal research with limited early-phase human trial data. Combining three compounds in one formulation introduces important research questions regarding chemical compatibility, stability of the GHK-Cu copper complex, and whether the components retain independent biological identities.
- 10 mg per application (one metered dose: ~7.1 mg GHK-Cu + ~1.4 mg BPC-157 + ~1.4 mg TB-500)
- 7 doses per pen (70 mg total)
- Light blue solution — copper complex colour from GHK-Cu component is expected
- Each component independently assayed on the Certificate of Analysis
Storage: Store refrigerated at 2–8 °C in the original sealed box. Do not freeze. Protect from light.
- For in-vitro laboratory and preclinical research only — not for human or animal administration
- Combination-specific human data does not exist — component literatures are independent; the blend has not been validated as a unit in controlled trials
- TB-500 component is WADA-listed — detection is established in competitive sports testing
- Chemical compatibility: copper complex (GHK-Cu) combined with two peptides — confirm stability in intended assay conditions before use
- No established combined adverse effect profile in published literature
- GHK-Cu component: topical irritation possible; systemic human data absent
- BPC-157 component: no established human adverse effects — preclinical studies generally well tolerated
- TB-500 component: no established human adverse effects from large trials — preclinical studies well tolerated
- Combination effects have not been studied — component data should be consulted separately
Effects listed are observations from published research literature and are not predictions for any specific use. All FAB Research products are for in-vitro laboratory research — not for human or animal administration.

Second order — consistent between lots
This is my second order of Glow. Lot number is different from my first, but the COA shows comparable results: ≥99% HPLC, identity confirmed by LC-MS. Free shipping on this order since I hit the threshold.
