The BPC-157 + TB-500 blend is the reference combination of the tissue repair category, pairing the two most studied compounds in the field. The research rationale is complementary rather than additive: the two peptides act on different stages of the repair sequence — one on vascular supply, one on cellular movement. Both carry large preclinical literatures, and combination-specific research is comparatively limited. Each component is assayed independently on the Certificate of Analysis. FAB Research supplies this blend as a 40mg pre-filled metered research pen for scientific investigation.
- BPC-157 — 20 mg
- TB-500 (Thymosin β4 fragment) — 20 mg
Each component is assayed separately on the Certificate of Analysis.
The combination pairs two mechanistically distinct research peptides. BPC-157 is described in the literature as acting on VEGFR2 signalling and nitric oxide pathways associated with angiogenesis, alongside effects on fibroblast migration and collagen organisation. TB-500 is described as sequestering G-actin monomers, regulating cytoskeletal reorganisation and cell motility, with downstream effects on endothelial and keratinocyte migration. The proposed rationale is that vascular supply and cellular migration represent sequential rather than overlapping stages of the tissue repair process, making the two compounds complementary research tools.
Both constituents carry substantial individual preclinical literatures. Research on the specific combination is limited, and the rationale rests principally on mechanistic complementarity rather than direct combination study. BPC-157 has been studied across gastrointestinal, tendon and vascular injury models — a 2025 systematic review identified 36 studies, 35 preclinical. TB-500 research includes preclinical and early-phase human trials in ocular and dermal wound models. Note: TB-500 is listed by anti-doping authorities and detection methods are established.
- 10 mg per application (5 mg BPC-157 + 5 mg TB-500 per dose)
- 4 doses per pen (40 mg total)
- Each component independently assayed on the Certificate of Analysis
- Pre-filled sterile solution — no reconstitution step required
Storage: Store refrigerated at 2–8 °C in the original sealed box. Do not freeze. Protect from light.
- For in-vitro laboratory and preclinical research only — not for human or animal administration
- Combination-specific human data is not available — component literatures are developed independently
- TB-500 component is listed by WADA — detection is established in competitive sports testing
- Complementary mechanism rationale: BPC-157 (VEGFR2 / angiogenesis) + TB-500 (G-actin sequestration / cell motility) — components act at distinct stages of the repair sequence
- No established combined adverse effect profile in clinical literature
- BPC-157 component: no established human adverse effects — animal studies generally well tolerated
- TB-500 component: no established human adverse effects from large trials — preclinical studies well tolerated
- Both components individually present limited human safety data; combination data is absent
Effects listed are observations from published research literature and are not predictions for any specific use. All FAB Research products are for in-vitro laboratory research — not for human or animal administration.
